Dr. Tori Dudley is an organizational psychologist dedicated to social impact, with more than fifteen years supporting mission‑driven work across corporate and nonprofit sectors. She has led org development and social impact initiatives in partnership with Universal Health Services, Acadia, the ACLU, The King Center, Newport Healthcare, Families First, and Anthony Hamilton’s T.A.S.T.E Foundation.
Her work centers on building sustainable organizations, developing effective teams, and designing initiatives that improve community well‑being and measurable outcomes.
Dr. Dudley holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and completed post‑doctoral training in Executive Coaching at the University of Miami. She also serves as an adjunct professor of psychology at the University of West Alabama and is an active member of the Society of Consulting Psychology.
